Your Hesistation is Understandable and Normal
Here are some typical reservations people have had when ordering our toolkit.
- I’m not injured. Why would I need this? Our book is designed to be of use to both the injured and uninjured offshore worker. The point is to empower you with this information so that you can make informed decisions later should the need ever arise.
- An accident will never happen to me. Unfortunately, this is a statement we have heard all too often from our clients. I suggest you watch Jimmy’s video here. He was a boat captain and never thought he would be injured either.
- I don’t need this. I would never sue my company. We advocate that employees try to work out their problems with their company. It is not until all other conflict resolutions have failed that we tend to get involved. This toolkit isn’t a how-to guide on suing your company. It’s an informational guide to walk you through the common issues with injuries that happen on the water.
