Longshore third party and 905b claims under maritime law

A lot of individuals call our office that are known as longshoremen. They've had their employer pay benefits under what's called the Longshore Act. Well, it's very important that if you're a longshoreman and you've been injured you need to speak with a very good maritime lawyer.
