Our Team

Lise joined the firm in 2011 and is Tim Young and Josh Marino’s Case Manager.  She is a certified paralegal and has worked in the legal field for over 20 years. She attended the University of New Orleans and graduated in 2001. Although Lise was born in Chandler, Arizona, she lived and traveled all over our great country with her father who served in the United States Air Force. After hours, she works with Animal Rescue New Orleans (ARNO) shelter. Through her volunteer work, she has helped to re-home thousands of animals. She and her husband enjoy their four dogs: Dino, Speckles, Belle and Gen.  When she’s not rescuing dogs and cats, she likes to take vacations with her husband.

Rebecca joined the firm in 2013 and is the Case Manager for Megan Misko and Tammy Harris and has been managing legal cases for over 25 years. She’s a certified paralegal with experience working with both plaintiff and defense firms, so she’s very familiar with each side of our cases. Her favorite thing about The Young Firm is working with a great staff who all have the same goal of truly helping the clients. Rebecca is a native of New Orleans and she and her husband are proud parents of two wonderful girls, Madeline and Caroline. They also have a dog, Tyke, two cats, Tiana and Simba. After work, Rebecca enjoys relaxing with friends and family, going to her kids’ sports games and baking. Her favorite pastime is trying new restaurants in New Orleans.

Paige is a Client Development Director and helps with the creation and distribution of the firm’s informational materials. She’s also the Coordinator for MAPS, the firm’s scholarship program for merchant mariners. Born and raised in New Orleans, Paige graduated from Loyola University New Orleans in 2013. In her free time, Paige loves to visit as many local restaurants as possible, attend concerts and festivals, find new recipes and crafts on Pinterest and window shop on Magazine Street. She also loves attending local group exercise classes and playing with her four (yes, four) Dachshunds – Oscar, Minnie, Shemp and Zena.

Kim joined the firm in 2012 and is the firm’s Medical Coordinator. She enjoys working as a liaison between the healthcare providers and our clients by scheduling medical appointments and any recommended medical testing so that our clients have one less thing to worry about. She also works with the providers to ensure that they receive any records and films that they may need prior to our client’s appointments. Kim was born and raised in New Orleans and enjoys watching old movies, reading books, walking with her good friend Raquel, and playing with their rescue cat, Luna. Her most cherished time is spent with her children, Sarah and Katie, and her granddaughter, Annabel.

Andrea joined the firm in 2014 and is the firm’s Records Manager. Her strong organizational and management skills have proven valuable in this position. Andrea’s main focus is to ensure that all of our clients’ medical and wage records are received, updated, and summarized in order to keep their cases moving. Her favorite thing about working at The Young Firm is the positive and inviting atmosphere. Andrea was born and raised in Marrero, Louisiana and she and her husband have two children. In her downtime, she loves to spend time with her family and loved ones. Her favorite pastimes are watching movies, “learning” to cook, and catching up on her media gossip.
