When Do I Have To File A Claim Concerning the DEEPWATER HORIZON accident?

It is believed that Transocean will file a Limitation of Liability claim. (We received reports a day after the event that a Limitation had already been filed.) Under this type of proceeding in Federal court, anyone with a claim arising out of the rig explosion will have a limited, set period of time in which they must file a claim.
