Be sure to select your own doctor after a Jones Act maritime accident and injury.

Many potential clients have trouble getting their medical expenses approved and paid for by their Jones Act employer. This is common sense when you understand the Jones Act. Under the Jones Act your employer must pay for a doctor that you choose to treat you.
