No accident report? It doesn't mean you can't file suit.

Many times a company will discourage or even refuse to allow an injured employee to complete an accident report.  But does that mean you can not file suit and collect damages?  Can you still win your Jones Act maritime case if you never filled out an accident report?  Our maritime lawyers explain the answer here.
